Shipped defective item, multiple times

Ordered a couple of video cameras. One was OK and one was missing the power connector. After getting over the frustration of their lack of customer service and extremely slow processing time to returns/exchanges they said another camera was on the way. Camera arrived and it was in the same condition, no molded DC power plug. After multiple attempts to contact customer service via email, request RMA and leaving voice messages I have not received a single reply/response. I will make the camera work as it have read possitive reviews about the camera on multiple websites, my mistake was ordering from iboats.

Refused to accept return

I ordered a boat cover and when I received it realized it did not have enough tie downs to keep water from sitting on the cover. Iboats has refused to respond to my requests for return information. I have emailed them three times and they continue to ignore my requests for information. Iboats.com ships wrong item, then doesn't respond to return requests or refund

I ordered a boat table kit with mounting hardware, post and table. My order was clearly and correctly placed for a "rectangular" table on the invoice and packing slip, however I was shipped a round/octagon shaped table in a box marked with the "rectangular" table model #. I immediately contacted iboats (same day) and was promised an email with return a label and instructions and that they would correct their error. 3 days later and no response. I've emailed and called each day and the only response is they'll refer my issue to the representative. Seems they're eager to take your money but aren't interested in anything after that! You may want to use another company because it's clear there's a good likelihood that if you have a problem, you're going to have to fight and waste hours, days and money to get it resolved. It's not worth the chance.

Charged for product and 2 day shipping. Checked order status and was scheduled to ship 8 days later.

My in stock order and 2 day shipping was charged . The next day I checked order status and the product was not going to ship for 8 days.

I called and was told the product came direct from Taylor Made and would be shipped to them and then to me. I said that is too long I need the product in 2 days and cancelled my order. I was told I would receive an email confirming my cancellation. 6 hours later no email, so I called back and was told the product shipped and they could not refund my money until UPS cancelled shipping.

I pointed out that the product was going from Taylor Made to boats.com not me first. They still wouldn't cancel my order even though this was completely their screw up.

I had already reordered product from a reputable company with 2 day shipping. Never buy anything from these liars at boats.com

DO NOT BUY FROM iBOATS !!!!

I ordered a new boat switch and right after placing the order and found a new back up switch. I went online to ) my order and there was no way to simply ) the order I had just places.

17 hours later I get through to someone by a return phone call and they tell me it may be too late to CANCEL.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I ALSO SEE REVIEWS WHERE THEY SCAM ON RETURNS TOO!!!!!

Iboats - Prop Review from Clemson, South Carolina

Ordered a prop for my Honda 90hp OB. Wrong size according to my boat mechanic. Placed back in box after going thru returns process. Sent back to me denied. Shown a pic where scuff marks on prop. Wasn't that way when I re boxed. Bet ur *** I will no longer do business with iboats or should I say aboats. I will plant the seed to many boaters not to do business here. Terrible CS.

Don't buy from Iboats they won't return your money!!! I talk to a salesman on the phone to help me order a prop and he sent me one that was too big! So I sent it back and I have been waiting for a month for my money back with no luck!

Don't buy at iboats.com - they lie about in-stock

I had the worst internet experience ever at a company called IBOATS (iboats.com). My boat was out of the water for repair and I wanted to add a boat leveler trim tab locator so I only had a limited time. I checked around and iboats had a good price and showed on their website that 1 item was left in stock. I called on the phone and they confirmed that it was in-stock and they could ship it over-night that day (Wednesday). When it didn't arrive on Thursday, they claimed that the shipping address had to be verified and that it was shipped on Thursday and I should get it on Friday. I asked repeatedly for the tracking number and I kept getting a story promissing it was shipped but their "warehouse" had not called back with the tracking number. Finally when it didn't show up on Friday, I got an e-mail from the apologizing that the item was on back-order. This is after being promissed it was in stock and it would ship, and being told by two other employees that it shipped. I canceled the order and will issue a cc chargeback to make sure I get the refund. So now I missed being able to install this. I don't know what the purpose of all this lying was as they didn't get my business and now never will. If they told me that it was back-ordered, even on Thursday I had other places I could have gotten this from.

shipped me garbage, then it took me 2 months to get my money back.The iboats policy is NOT buyer friendly.They are the worst internet buying experience i have ever had.If you buy from them hope you use paypal so they can protect you.Iboats has no interest in whether their customers are happy or not. In fact the customer service representitive that i spoke with admitted to me that she has a lot of unhappy customers.Check the BBB website for yourself.I highly recommend checking out west marine,they are a great company.iboats really does suck!
