Ordered a prop for my motor. Filled out all the questions hoping to get the correct one.

Of course i did not. Hub was deeper than the original causing it to rub. Went through the process of returning it. Supposed to get word back in 1 to 3 business days.

5 days later I have to call. Recording says they are closed. Regular business hrs are 7:30 to 4:00 eastern. Its 1:00 pm.

Finally found a number for business office. I was told i called the wrong office. Told him he's the only one who answered. Finally got the info for returning it.

I have to pay shipping even tho it's not my fault the item is wrong. Very disappointed with this company.
