Placed an order 5 weeks ago and never received the product. Tried to contact customer service through there e mail and got nothing. Iboats is a total rip off don't use them.

PI have been trying to contact iboats for 2 months regarding an order I tried to place, check, the status of, and then tried to cancel and request a credit for a cc charge they processed.
I have received no correspondence or return phone call.
I think they are out of business, but I having no way of knowing.
I am going to report fraud to my cc company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I bought a part from iboats. The part says its universal and its not.
This would be fine if they would return my email.
The website states there is a return form, but there isnt one listed. I sent an email as required, but no return mail from iboats.

I attempted to call iboats today with negative results listed telephone numbers are ALL recorded messages. I emailed them numerous times as welI.
I have bought a few items from this company over the years and this is the first time I had to return something It's sad and disgusting that corporate America is so willing to take your money and nearly impossible to get it back. It's highly unlikely I will ever do business with them again..I can't recommend them to anyone!!

They sent an email stating that they will be in touch 1-3 days. First off they sent the wrong part second impossible to contact them and talk with some one ..

Returned a part, recieved a RA, did EXACTLY! what the directions said.
Sent back with tracked mail. No refund 40 days later. Emailed "Max" 3 times, still no response. Absolute rubbish!

Attempted to call iboats and they only had a recorded message to send a email to them for customer service. I have sent numerous messages to that iboats with no response.
I can only say iboats is not a reputable company . I recommend not doing business with them under any circumstance
We returned an item over a month ago, and would like to check the status on it
It appears there is no one (human) to actually discuss the status of our returned item. There was a point when we did talk to somebody when we ordered it, but now it appears there is no way at all to get a hold of anyone.
We have emailed inlays, as we were instructed to do, and we just get the same reply so I believe its just an automated response, very poor customer service!
The fact we have to go through this website is proof of the pudding! Are you part of iboats?!

I ordered Wise Pontoon seating group for $1,706.55 on 4-10-21.
Oct. 2021, I was told by Amy that 2 items were on backorder.
We can't send until we have all pieces in stock.
Waited, waited and waited again... NOTHING. Then, contact Iboat again on June 29, 2022. In contact with Shellie.
First, I was told 2 items are still on backorder. Then, she said she was going to contact warehouse to see what's the holdup. Next message, I was told they delivered and I refused the order. So, now I refused an order that I have been waiting on for over a year and there is a pontoon eating grass in the backyard while waiting on seating group so I can sell it!
Last message, same day, on June 29.

DOC TOLD US THAT SHE HAD VERY AGGRESSIVE ACUTE MYELOID LEUKEMIA AND GAVE HER 2 MONTHS. SHE HAS SINCE PASSED.
I want my money, I need my money!!! Seating group was needed to sell pontoon. Still can't sell pontoon, Iboats has had my money since 4/10/21.
I am so very tired of dealing with this sorry company!
